Hi, my name is Cindy, and my goal is to help you create lasting habits and live a healthier, happier and balanced life. As a certified health coach with a master’s degree in exercise science, I specialize in working with adults and seniors to improve the 4 pillars of health- Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. My focus is on positive guidance, empathy, and support to meet you “where you are” on your unique health journey. My philosophy is small changes applied on a consistent basis can have a tremendous impact on both healthspan and lifespan.
